How we support schools

Our experienced Attendance Case Officers (ACOs) work in partnership with your school team to understand and reduce the barriers that prevent pupils from attending. With time built into the week on-site, your dedicated ACO becomes a familiar, trusted presence – building strong relationships with families and staff to support sustainable change.
