Who we help

Individuals

Our neuro-affirming assessments help you gain a deeper understanding of your unique way of thinking and experiencing the world. Whether or not you meet the criteria for a formal diagnosis, we focus on listening to your story and validating your lived experience. By identifying your specific profile of strengths and support needs, we provide a roadmap for authentic living in education, the workplace, and beyond.

Families

We provide quicker access to diagnostic assessments, helping families avoid lengthy waiting lists and the uncertainty they bring. Our team delivers clear outcomes and practical guidance, so parents and carers can feel confident about the next steps in supporting their child.

NHS

We work in partnership with NHS teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based diagnostic assessments. Our services help to reduce waiting times and provide a consistent standard of care, ensuring individuals and families receive timely answers and a clear pathway to ongoing support.

Local Authorities

We partner with local authorities to provide responsive, multidisciplinary diagnostic assessments for ADHD and Autism. Our reports give clear, actionable insights that inform education, health and care planning, supporting inclusion and improving outcomes across communities.

Where we work

Our diagnostic and assessment services are available both in-person and remotely across the UK, offering families flexibility and choice in how they access support. We recognise that choosing the right environment is key to a comfortable and authentic assessment experience.

While we aim to be as accessible as possible, in-person assessments are not available in all regions. Please contact us at diagnostics@momentaconnect.co.uk for more details on whether an in-person service is currently available in your area.

For those who prefer not to travel, or for whom a familiar environment is more supportive, many of our assessments can be carried out remotely. This ensures every child and young person can access timely, high-quality support, wherever they are located.

Ensuring Correct Diagnosis

To safeguard against inaccurate diagnosis, and to confirm assessments are rigorous, proportionate and clinically justified, we ensure a multi-disciplinary team of clinical professionals who must agree each formal diagnosis in line with NICE guidelines.

Please note that an assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. The DSM-V diagnostic criteria must be met for a diagnosis of autism and/or ADHD to be given. Regardless of the assessment outcome, advice and recommendations on next steps will be given to support you and your child’s onward journey.
