Families and schools often face long waits for services – our trusted team offers faster access to the right specialists, reducing delays and giving clear next steps.

With over 15 years’ experience, our multi-disciplinary team includes psychologists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists, working together to deliver tailored support.

Who we work with

We partner with children, families, schools and local authorities to provide timely assessments and therapies that reduce waiting times and deliver practical, lasting support.

Families

We help families access speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and psychological services without long waits. Our personalised plans reflect each child’s unique needs, whether that’s supporting communication, motor skills, learning development or emotional wellbeing. With timely assessment and therapy, children can feel more confident at home, in school and in everyday life.

Schools

Our therapists work flexibly in mainstream and specialist settings, offering tailored in-school and online packages. We support individual pupils, strengthen whole-school strategies, and build staff confidence in responding to children with additional needs.

Local Authorities and Health Partners

We deliver responsive multi-disciplinary services for local authorities and health partners, including therapeutic input and functional assessments for children in their care. By working alongside services such as CAMHS, we help reduce backlogs, provide continuity of support and ensure timely access to specialist intervention.

Our Services

With a team of over 80 experienced professionals across multiple disciplines, we offer expert support in the settings that work best for each child — whether that’s in our welcoming clinic, online, in school or in college. Whatever the context, our goal is the same: to understand each child’s needs and provide the right support to help them move forward with confidence.

How our therapies power Momenta 360

London Children’s Practice sits at the core of Momenta 360, delivering the specialist therapeutic support that helps children overcome barriers to learning and build confidence. While our team provides the therapeutic foundation for 360, our services are also available independently — giving all children access to support that is practical, emotionally informed and sustainable.
