What are Inclusion Hubs?

An Inclusion Hub is a dedicated space within a school that provides targeted support for children and young people who may find the classroom environment challenging.

Each hub offers a calm, structured setting where pupils can access tailored teaching, therapeutic input and emotional support while remaining connected to their school community.

By addressing individual needs early and holistically, Inclusion Hubs help pupils rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning and experience success in education.

Why use Inclusion Hubs

With a growing focus on keeping young people with SEND in mainstream settings, schools and trusts are required to strengthen their inclusion offer.

Our Inclusion Hubs provide a ready-made solution – helping schools repurpose existing spaces to deliver flexible, joined-up support for a wide range of needs, from SEMH and reintegration to autism and mental health.

By partnering with Momenta Connect to deliver mainstream SEND Inclusion Intervention Hubs, schools gain access to high-quality, scalable support that addresses both academic and emotional barriers – helping pupils stay, succeed and feel supported in their school setting.

What we offer

We deliver mainstream SEND provision within existing school facilities, helping young people with additional needs stay in their school setting with the right support in place.

As part of Outcomes First Group, we draw on the expertise of over 80 OFSTED-rated ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ independent special schools.

Our inclusion hubs act as satellite provisions, offering:

Specialist teaching and support staff
On-demand expert clinical assessment and therapy
Hybrid online learning
Reintegration and early intervention case management.

We can also help schools develop and accredit their own provision – including flexible access to the clinical, educational, attendance and reintegration services needed to deliver high-quality, integrated SEND support.
