About Momenta Connect

Momenta Connect helps children and young people who are finding school or learning difficult.

We work in close partnership with families, schools and Local Authorities, developing tailored packages of support that create meaningful, lasting outcomes. This might include education, therapy, assessment, attendance support or a combination of services.

Our role is to make that process easier. We bring experienced teams together so that children and young people are not left waiting, schools are not left managing alone and families know where to turn.

Momenta Connect is supported by qualified and experienced professionals who work to recognised standards across education, health and care.

Where relevant, our clinicians are registered with professional bodies such as the Health and Care Professions Council, which regulates health and care professionals in the UK. Our teams also draw on established guidance, including NICE guidance, to help ensure support is informed by recognised best practice.

As part of Outcomes First Group, we are also connected to wider commitments around quality, responsibility and workplace culture. Outcomes First Group is a participant in the United Nations Global Compact, supporting its principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and has been recognised through Great Place To Work certification.
